Our plant-powered meal plans are designed for one, but can easily be doubled or tripled to accommodate families.
We have members from all over the world, so it’s impossible to predict exactly how much your weekly grocery haul will be. With that being said, all the plans are based around whole unpackaged foods, which happen to be the cheapest in the world, and we work hard to make sure each menu has overlapping ingredients to reduce the cost and the risk of food waste.
We suggest having a high speed blender or food processor, pot, pan, stove and basic kitchen utensils to make the most of our meal plans.

One of the unique aspects of Plant Ahead is that we give you access to every single past meal plan as soon as you sign up. This ensures that you can easily mix and match recipes to your liking.
Yes. The PDF meal plans are downloadable on both your phone and desktop. Make sure you have an app that can open a PDF on your phone once you get signed up.
You can cancel your meal plan subscription right on the website. Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to the private meal plan page after your month subscription has run its course, so make sure you download them beforehand.
Many of our members love the simplicity of our PDF meal plans that that all the guesswork out of plant-based eating. With that said, we are currently working on a web app system that will combine the best out of both these worlds. Please stay tuned and enjoy our highly rated PDF plans in the meantime!
