Creamy vegan veggie dip is a must on the weekends! We love to dip vegetables, sourdough, tortilla chips and anything else that qualifies as dippable.

The recipe that we are sharing is our favourite veggie chip dip that is made from simple plant-based ingredients. This dip is also soy-free, gluten-free, oil-free and refined sugar-free. Not only does this recipe makes a delicious and healthy veggie dip but it does work well as a creamy salad dressing too!

If this is the first time making a dip from scratch, I’m afraid to let you know that you may never buy store-bought again. The journey to making my own dips, dressings, and homemade sauces started when I made my own for pasta sauce for the first time, I loved how I could monitor the salt and spices to my liking. I don’t think I’ve bought store-bought sauce since! Once I mastered sauces, I discovered how much fun it is to make your own dips and dressings.

This veggie dip became a favourite recipe to whip up whenever I started craving a creamy dip! I also think I personally love to dip basically any food and I’m guessing if you’ve made it this far into the article, you are a big fan of dipping too!

This veggie dip recipe is made with healthy plant-based ingredients:

Why we love Nutritional Yeast

We love nutritional yeast because it has a cheesy texture and taste. Nutritional yeast is also incredibly nutritious and when fortified with vitamin B-12 is helps with boosting your energy, supports the immune system and improves skin, hair, and nails.

We love using nutritional yeast in more than just our favourite dip recipes but it tastes great with pasta, soups, vegan tofu scramble and in savoury baked goods.

How long will this veggie dip last in the fridge?

Well, I don’t think this dip will last very long in any household because it is delicious! But, if you are considering doubling the batch to have throughout the week or including it in your weekly meal prep. We suggest making sure you keep it in an air-tight container for 5-7 days.

With that being said, I don’t think this dip will last very long since it just that tasty!
