1tspGaram Masala
½tspCumin
½tsp Turmeric
215 ozCan of Chickpeas
114 ozCan of Chopped Tomatoes
114 ozCan of Coconut Milk
1CupBasmati Rice
Instructions
Cook your rice according to package directions.
Add spices to a pot with 1-2 tbsps of vegetable broth over medium heat and heat until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until everything is combined.
