Vegan Spicy Smashed Brussel Sprouts

These delicious brussel sprouts are smashed to prefection!

Ingredients

  • lb

    Brussels sprouts


  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp Garlic & herb seasoning
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, and preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Trim the ends off your Brussels sprouts, then boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Drain then shock under cold water.
  • Transfer to a bowl with remaining ingredients apart from the balsamic glaze. Mix well.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet, and smash with the bottom of a cup. Add more seasonings and salt on top as desired. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy.
  • Finish off with a balsamic glaze.
