Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp miso paste
  • ½ cup extra firm tofu cubed
  • ½ cup carrot grated
  • ½ cup kale shredded
  • 50 g rice vermicelli
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Layer your soup ingredients in a mason jar or heat safe container. When ready to eat, pour over hot water and allow to sit for 3 minutes for the noodles to soften. Enjoy immediately.
