This creamy Italian dressing is perfect for salads and dipping veggies!

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Medium Firm Tofu
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • ½ tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Rosemary
  • ½ tsp Basil
  • ½ tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • Pour ingredients into a mason jar or dressing bottle.
  • The dressing is ready to serve but taste best the following day.
  • This dressing will last 5-7 days in your fridge.
