- 400g Meatless Farm Meatless Ground One Package
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Meal
- 3 Tbsp Warm Water
- ½ Cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Green Onion
Mix 1 tbsp of flax meal with 3 tbsps of water to create a flax egg and let thicken for five minutes.
Add the Meatless Farm Meat Free Ground to a bowl with the flax egg and mix until combined.
Roll the mixture into approximately 12 'meatballs'.
Create your sauce by combining your hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and sriracha.
Add the sauce to a non-stick pan over medium heat until it boils.
Add the 'meatballs' to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Garnish with diced green onion and sesame seeds!
