- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 tsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
In a pot over medium heat, add the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a boil, and simmer until thick. Add the remaining ingredients until combined.
Pour in a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds if desired.
