Ingredients

  • 1 collard green leaf
  • 2 tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
  • ¼ cup red cabbage chopped
  • ¼ cup broccoli sprouts
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ carrot ribboned
  • ¼ tomato chopped
  • ¼ red onion diced
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce to taste
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  • Cut the stem off of your collard leaf and lay it on a flat surface.
  • Fill the middle with the listed ingredients, and then fold in the stem sides and roll like you would a traditional tortilla or burrito.
  • Slice in half and enjoy!
