Ingredients
2Cloves garlicminced
½Yellow onionchopped
10Oyster mushroomsshredded with a fork
1tspPaprika
1tspGarlic powder
¼tspSea salt
¼cupPreferred bbq sauce
1Bun of choice (I used a whole grain English muffin)
Instructions
Shred the oyster mushrooms using a knife and fork until a pulled pork consistency is achieved.
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan over medium heat until softened, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the shredded oyster mushrooms the pan along with the spices, and sauté until the water has evaporated and they begin to crisp slightly, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
Add your preferred bbq sauce to the pan and coat the pulled mushrooms.
Serve on your favorite bun with coleslaw if desired.
