premade pie crust

pumpkin puree
canned

cup
cashews
soaked overnight

cup
maple syrup

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients but the crust in a food processor. Add to pie shell and cook at 350F for 45 minutes until edges are a bit fluffy. Let cool and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
