This simple vegan cookie is perfect for anyone wanting a dessert without the hassle. Plus, it's easy to make gluten-free too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter or almond butter or wow butter Almond butter or wow butter
  • ¾ cup Whole wheat flour oat flour or gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup Agave or brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Dark chocolate chips Crushed peanuts or dried fruit

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • Combine 1 cup of peanut butter, 3/4 a cup of whole wheat flour, and 1/4 a cup of maple syrup in a bowl.
  • Add 1/4 a cup of chocolate chips.
  • Roll into approximately 12 cookie shapes and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Press down with a fork.
  •  Bake for 12 to 15 minutes and enjoy!
