Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • ¼ cup 1/4 plant milk
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp plant milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients apart from the peanut butter to a blender cup and combine until smooth.
  • In a small oven safe dish, place the tablespoon of peanut butter in the middle. Pour the baked oats batter over top.

  • Bake at 375F for approximately 15 minutes. Enjoy!
