Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Grate the entire tofu block and transfer grated tofu into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread the tofu on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400F for about 20 minutes until slightly charred.
