Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Scoop the mixture onto some plastic wrap and wrap it to form a ball. Alternatively, spray a spherical mold with cooking spray and scoop the mixture into that.
Steam your mozzarella for 15-20 minutes, then let the cheese cool down and firm up.
Slice up and enjoy!
