  • 2 cups strawberries finely diced
  • 2 red apples core removed, finely diced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup cherries diced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ½ lemon zested

Instructions

  • Finely chop all fruit. Place in a bowl, and squeeze lemon juice over top. Mix, then zest half a lemon over the salsa. Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes before digging in.
