- 7 cups broccoli diced
- 1 red onion diced
- ½ cup peanuts crushed
- 1 green onion diced
- 1 red bell pepper seeds removed, diced
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 ½ cups edamame thawed from frozen
Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over top and combine until covered. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
