Vegan Caesar Dressing

What is caesar salad without dressing!? We love this creamy, thick, rich and comforting recipe, especially to put on top of our famous kale caesar!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Hummus
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsps Capers Crushed/minced
  • 1 tbsp Capers Brine
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • ½ tsp Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Combine your hummus, mustard, lemon juice, crushed/minced capers, caper brine, minced garlic, maple syrup and sea salt.
  • Mix thoroughly and add warm water. 1 tbsp at a time until a smooth pourable dressing is achieved.
  • Taste and adjust flavouring as needed.
  • The dressing is good for 4-5 days in your refrigerator.
