Vegan Caesar Dressing
What is caesar salad without dressing!? We love this creamy, thick, rich and comforting recipe, especially to put on top of our famous kale caesar!
- ¼ cup Hummus
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsps Capers Crushed/minced
- 1 tbsp Capers Brine
- 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
- ½ tsp Maple Syrup
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
Combine your hummus, mustard, lemon juice, crushed/minced capers, caper brine, minced garlic, maple syrup and sea salt.
Mix thoroughly and add warm water. 1 tbsp at a time until a smooth pourable dressing is achieved.
Taste and adjust flavouring as needed.
The dressing is good for 4-5 days in your refrigerator.
