Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green juice pulp or however much you have left from making juice

Instructions

  • Spread the juice pulp over a dehydrator sheet, and dehydrate at 115F until dry, approximately 6 hours.
  • If you do not have a dehydrator, line a baking sheet with parchment, and spread the juice pulp over top. Set it to its lowest temperature, and allow to cook for 4 to 5 hours, until completely dry.
  • Transfer the dried juice pulp to a high speed blender, and combine until a smooth powder is formed. Store as you would a spice, in a cool dry place, for up to 3 months.
  • For a green juice, dissolve 1 tablespoon of the powder into water. You can also add this powder to pasta sauces, curries and more for a flavor enhancer and health kick.
