Lemon and Ginger Ice Cubes

Beautiful anti-inflammatory ginger lemon ice cubes perfect to add to sweet tea or your morning water.

- 1 thumb ginger peeled
- 1 lemon squeezed
- 3 cups water
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and combine until smooth. I blended mine for approximately 3 minutes to completely puree the ginger.
Transfer to an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 3 hours. Serve in water or in tea.
