1 head butter lettuce finely chopped 1 large handful dill diced 1 large handful parsley diced 1 bunch green onions diced 1 cucumber diced 1 cup vegan feta crumbled Lemon Dill Vinaigrette ½ tsp minced garlic 1 tbsp dijon mustard 2 lemons juiced ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper
Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar until a smooth dressing is formed.
In a large bowl, add all salad components. Pour the dressing over top, and stir. If prepping for an event or lunch, keep the dressing separate until serving.
