- 1 pineapple peel and core only
- 1 knob ginger
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 ½ cups water
First, make sure to wash the skin thoroughly, or soak it in vinegar for about half an hour.
After thoroughly washing your pineapple skin, bring all listed ingredients to a boil for 30 minutes to an hour.
Drain, reserving the liquid for your tea. Enjoy hot or cold.
