Ingredients

  • cups cilantro
  • ½ cup plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp water extra if needed

Instructions

  • Add all of the listed ingredients to a high-speed blender and combine until smooth.

Notes

    • If cilantro tastes like soap to you, swap it for parsley, basil, or mint.
    • Add a little bit of water to thin if you want to be able to drizzle this dressing.
    • Use any plant-based yogurt. I love coconut yogurt when I am looking for something thick and creamy, soy for extra protein, or almond for a bit of earthy flavor.
    • If you like spicy food, throw in a fresh jalapeno into the blender.
    • This recipe yields about 1½ cups of dressing (24 servings of 1 tbsp).
