If cilantro tastes like soap to you, swap it for parsley, basil, or mint.
Add a little bit of water to thin if you want to be able to drizzle this dressing.
Use any plant-based yogurt. I love coconut yogurt when I am looking for something thick and creamy, soy for extra protein, or almond for a bit of earthy flavor.
If you like spicy food, throw in a fresh jalapeno into the blender.
This recipe yields about 1½ cups of dressing (24 servings of 1 tbsp).
