Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Fruit of choice

Instructions

  • Combine milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar and refrigerate overnight until a pudding is formed. Mix well to ensure there are no clumps.
  • Serve with your favorite fruit topping, such as fresh berries.

Notes

Can use: coconut milk, almond milk or alternatives.
