Ingredients

  • ¼ cup kimchi
  • ½ tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sriracha
  • ½ cup extra firm tofu sliced into cubes
  • ¼ cup carrots sliced into matchsticks
  • ¼ red bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup red cabbage thinly sliced
  • ½ cup ramen noodles boiled for 2 minutes , drained and rinsed
  • 1 handful cilantro

Instructions

  • In a large wide mouth mason jar or soup container, stack the ingredients in the order they are listed. Allow to sit in the fridge for up to four days, and when ready to eat, simply add hot water to the quantity of broth desired. Mix and taste. Adjust salt as needed. Enjoy!
