1 inch ginger 2 beet peeled 1 apple cored and chopped 1 orange peeled 2 carrots chopped 2 cups water
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Using a fine mesh sieve or a milk bag, drain until a juice is formed. Store in the fridge in a sealed jug for up to 3 days. Reserve the pulp for juice pulp muffins.
