  • 12 vanilla beans
  • 16 oz 80-proof vodka

Instructions

  • Carefully slice each vanilla bean in half, then split the beans cutting them halfway down the stem. Place the 6 halves in each jar (totalling 3 vanilla beans per), and pour vodka over top using a funnel. 
  • Seal, and allow to ferment for at least 2 months. This can be fermented for up to one year.
