- 2 oranges peeled
- 2 lemons peeled, seeds removed
- 3 inch ginger root peeled
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 pinch black pepper
Combine all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Transfer to an ice cube tray, and freeze at least overnight. Add hot water or cold water when you want to make a soothing tea.
