Vegan Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

This gooey baked oatmeal can be enjoyed for breakfast or a comforting dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

    mashed


  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp

    
Cinnamon


  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 2 cups Cashew milk
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla vegan yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Add all ingredients apart from the yogurt to a bowl and mix until combined. Pour into the baking dish, and swirl the yogurt over the top. Bake for 40 minutes, until firm. Add more yogurt drizzled for a cinnamon roll effect.

Notes

Note: Protein powder can be omitted if desired
