How To Make This Recipe

First, preheat the oven to 400F and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.

Then, add all of the ingredients (except the yogurt) to a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. 

*Protein powder can be omitted if desired! 

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and then swirl the yogurt over the top. 

Bake the mixture for 40 minutes, or until firm. 

Once it’s out, add more yogurt drizzled over the top for a cinnamon roll effect.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana,

    mashed


  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp

    
Cinnamon


  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Vegan vanilla protein powder , (optional)
  • 2 cups Cashew milk
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla vegan yogurt

Instructions
