  • Add the tahini, soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste, ginger, garlic and water to a blender and combine until a smooth sauce is formed.
  • Meanwhile, cook your noodles according to package directions.
  • Add the pepper and onion to a pan with some veggie broth over medium heat. Sauté until softened, approximately 4 minutes.
  • Now add the cooked ramen noodles in, followed by the sauce. Gently stir until the noddles are coated, adding in spinach to wilt at the end. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy.
