Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the peanut butter, yogurt and lemon juice to a bowl and mix until combined.
Add the flour, sugar and baking soda, and mix gently. Do not overmix. Once combined fold in the chocolate chips.
Using your hands or a cookie spoon, separate the dough into 6 to 9 cookies and flatten the dough with your palm.
Place them in the oven for 9 to 12 minutes. They will be soft when you take them out of the oven. Allow to cool completely for approximately half an hour before eating. Store on the counter in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
