One of my favorite memories from when I was a kid is making chocolate chip cookies with my mom. The classic recipe we used was filled with butter, refined sugar, and milk chocolate chips. 

Now whenever those cookie cravings hit, I whip up a batch of these super easy vegan chocolate chip cookies. My favorite happens to be made with peanut butter. You make these tasty cookies with nut butter, vegan yogurt, and vegan chocolate chips. These easy vegan chocolate chip cookies will satisfy any cookie cravings while leaving you feeling guilt-free. They take less than 20 minutes to make and are the perfect dessert to share.

How To Make This Recipe

For starters, preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

While the oven is heating up, add the peanut butter, yogurt, and lemon juice to a bowl and mix until combined.

Then, add in the flour, sugar, and baking soda, and mix gently. Do not overmix. 

Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips.

Using your hands or a cookie spoon, separate the dough into 6 to 9 cookies and flatten the dough with your palm.

Place them in the oven to bake for 9 to 12 minutes. 

They will be soft when you take them out of the oven. Allow cooling entirely for approximately half an hour before eating. 

You can store them on the counter in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
