Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups soy milk or oat milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 ½ tbsp pumpkin puree unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup more as desired for sweetness
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or measuring cup. Using a hand foamer or whisk, combine until smooth.
  • You can foam this using an espresso maker or hand foamer. Serve 3 tbsp to 1/4 cup with a shot of espresso for a pumpkin spice latter. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to five days.
