Why You’ll Love This Vegan Creamer

  • I love to use soy milk for the creamer, which creates a high protein and healthy alternative to dairy.
  • When you use soy milk or oat milk for this recipe, it also means it foams! This is perfect for an amazing pumpkin spice latte.
  • It comes together in literally two minutes. You just add all of the ingredients to a jar or cup, and then using a hand foamer or a whisk, combine until smooth.
  • Store this in the fridge for up to five days! This is so fantastic to have on hand for anything from your morning coffee to when a friend or family member comes for a visit.

How To Make This Recipe

The thing I love most about this vegan pumpkin spice creamer is how quickly it comes together. Get out a jar, mug or measuring cup. Add all of your ingredients – and whisk! If you want the ingredients more combined, you can also use a blender if desired.

What is Pumpkin Spice?

Pumpkin spice is a blend of spices used to flavor beverages and desserts associated with the fall season. The typical blend includes cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and sometimes allspice. It’s known for its warm, aromatic, and slightly sweet flavor profile.

The term “pumpkin spice” gained popularity in the mid-20th century, especially in the United States, when companies began marketing pumpkin spice as a flavor for a wide range of products, including coffee, baked goods, and other seasonal treats.

The combination of these spices has become synonymous with fall and is often associated with the harvest season, Halloween, and Thanksgiving in North America. It has since expanded beyond the United States, with pumpkin spice-flavored products now available in various forms around the world.

This trend was further popularized by the success of the Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) introduced by Starbucks in 2003, which has since become an iconic autumn beverage.

Of course, with the rising cost of living, not everyone can afford a Starbies this fall, which is why this vegan pumpkin spice creamer is great way to enjoy the signature flavors without paying an exorbitant price.
