This Ginger Turmeric Shot contains a bunch of anti-inflammatory ingredients. Skip the expensive ones from the store – and make your own in less than 15 minutes!

Can I Make a Ginger Turmeric Shot With No Juicer?
To make your own Ginger Turmeric Shot, you just need a high speed blender and a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth. You can of course use a juicer as well, but this is a simple way of doing it that is accessible to most people.
You simply add all of the listed ingredients to a high speed blender and combine until smooth. Once the liquid is bright yellow and smooth in consistency, place a glass container down on your counter, and drain the “juice” through your fine mesh strainer, reserving the pulp. You can actually use the pulp to add a spicy kick to stir-fries or curries, or compost.
