This Strawberry Milk Recipe will make you feel like a kid again with it’s silky smooth sweet flavor. It’s also vegan, refined sugar free and absolutely delicious!

Did anyone else used to drink that Nesquik strawberry syrup in their milk as a kid *shyly raises hand*? Man, I LOVED that stuff. It would turn a boring old glass of dairy milk into a sweet strawberry dream.

Fast forward twenty years later, and I had a hankering for a glass of fresh strawberry milk! Now that I’m whole-foods, plant-based and also vegan, I knew it was time to make a healthified, but equally delicious version of the classic.

What Is Strawberry Milk Made Of?

To make Strawberry Milk you need just three simple vegan ingredients. Yes I’m serious – only three whole foods, plant-based ingredients go into making this velvety milk!

They are:

  • Almond Milk (or another of your favorite vegan milk alternatives)
  • Strawberries (I love fresh, plump juicy ones but you could use frozen as well)
  • Maple Syrup (or another one of your favorite liquid sweeteners such as agave)

That’s it – that’s all!

What Kitchen Equipment Do You Need For Strawberry Milk?

If you’ve been following me for awhile, you’d know I’m basically obsessed with my vitamix. It will blend just about anything into a creamy, smooth consistency.

This Explorian model is the exact blender I have and I use it for just about everything. You can grab one here.

With all that said, because this simple strawberry milk only uses three soft ingredients (strawberries, milk and maple syrup) just about any blender should do the job.

What Milk Should I Use For Strawberry Milk?

We’re big fans of cashew, almond and oat milk. We even have our own homemade oat milk recipe that you can make here.

Truth be told, you can use just about any vegan milk to make this strawberry milk as long as they have a sweet undertone (which oat, almond and cashew do). Any of them will work to make a delicious strawberry milk.

How Long Will Strawberry Milk Last In The Fridge?

We suggest drinking your delicious Strawberry Milk within three days. Because this contains fresh strawberries, it will perish quicker than a store bought strawberry milk that uses an artificial powder.

We promise you that you’ll have no trouble drinking this strawberry milk within three days anyways!
