Three Ingredient Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Directions:

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until crumbly, or until it reaches your desired consistency. Feel free to add salt or more garlic powder to reach your desired flavour.
