This easy vegan bagel recipe requires just FOUR SIMPLE PLANT-BASED INGREDIENTS and less than 30 minutes of your time! This is not a drill!

There’s nothing better than a hearty poppy-seed bagel. I usually like to have my bagels with some vegan cream cheese or fresh avocado. I entertained the idea of baking my own bagels for a while, but traditional bagel-making is a long and complex process. That’s why, when I heard about the “greek yogurt” bagel craze, I knew it was a recipe I wanted to veganize!

That’s right, you can use yogurt to make fluffy bagels, and avoid the lengthy process of kneading, proving, and boiling the bagels before they go into the oven. The best part about it is that you can use vegan yogurt. The active ingredient that makes your bagels rise has nothing to do with dairy!
