  • Don’t worry if you only have frozen berries. Frozen produce retains a lot of its nutritional value, and it will work just fine in this recipe!
  • I love using maple syrup as a natural sweetener in my recipes. However, if you don’t have access to it, or you’ve just finished a bottle, you can substitute it with agave or date syrup.

  • ½ cup berries of choice, I used raspberries
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
