- 1.5 cups Almond Milk
- 1.5 Tsp Matcha Powder

- ½ Tsp cinnamon

- Add the almond milk, matcha powder and dates to your blender and combine until smooth. If you have a vitamix, set it to the soup setting and allow it to heat in your blender.
- Alternatively blend your contents then add them to a pot and heat until warm.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Boiling Water
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Almond Milk

- Hand Whisk
Instructions
- Add the instant coffee, sugar and boiling water to a bowl. Whisk until it becomes a foamy, cloud like consistency. If you are hand whisking this will take approximately five to ten minutes.
- Add ice and almond milk to a glass, then pour the whipped coffee over top. Stir or drink as is.
