First, drain the liquid from the chickpeas into a large bowl. Keep the chickpeas in a sealed container for later.

- 4 slices Sourdough bread , (I used sprouted grain sourdough from my local bakery)
- The chickpea juice (aquafaba) from one can of chickpeas
- ½ cup Plant milk
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the chickpeas into a large bowl. Keep the chickpeas in a sealed container for later.
