How to Make This Fab Flatbread Pizza
First, you need to preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Then, sauté the mushrooms, bell peppers, onions with garlic, salt, and a tablespoon of water in a pan over medium heat until soft, for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
On the flatbread of your choice, add the marinara sauce, 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast, sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, fresh basil, then more nutritional yeast on top.
Pop the flatbread in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until toasty and warm. Before eating, drizzle with a balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
Can You Meal Prep This Vegan Pizza?
Absolutely! The best way to meal prep for a vegan pizza is by doing buffet-style meal preps. For this, you would prep all of the vegetables by cutting and cooking them and storing them in glass containers inside your fridge.
Then, when you’re ready to eat, all you need to do is throw them on a flatbread with the sauce and stick it in the oven for 10 minutes. Your vegan pizza will be ready in no time!
