How To Make This Recipe
Bring a pot of water to a boil, and preheat the oven to 400F.
Trim the ends off your Brussel sprouts, then boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain then shock under cold water.
Transfer to a bowl with remaining ingredients apart from the balsamic glaze. Mix well.
Transfer to a baking sheet, and smash each sprout with the bottom of a cup.
Add more seasonings and salt on top as desired.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy.
Finish off with a balsamic glaze.
