How To Make This Recipe

Bring a pot of water to a boil, and preheat the oven to 400F.

Trim the ends off your Brussel sprouts, then boil for 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain then shock under cold water.

Transfer to a bowl with remaining ingredients apart from the balsamic glaze. Mix well.

Transfer to a baking sheet, and smash each sprout with the bottom of a cup.

Add more seasonings and salt on top as desired.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy.

Finish off with a balsamic glaze.

How to Store these Vegan Spicy Smashed Brussel Sprouts

Store these in an airtight container (check out my favorites here) in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
